How to use:
- Boil 6 to 8 cups of water and add about 0.6 Oz herbs to boiling water.
- Reduce heat to low and allow it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, take out your package and assemble our seat and set your cushion on top of it.
- When steam is at a comfortable temperature, place the pot of water and herbs under your SamaHandcraft Yoni steam seat.
- Wear your beautiful silk made gown, which gives you a good feeling (you will feel like a real queen!) and also helps to trap steam in and let it enter directly into your vagina. When you are ready, proceed to steam for at least 15 minutes!
- Relax and enjoy steaming!

I’m new at steaming and wanted something simple. I used the herbs that came with the seat, put them in a stainless steel bowl, and the seat and cushion sat securely on top. I wore cozy socks, draped a soft blanket around me, played a guided meditation and was able to fully relax as if at the sauna. The seat is gorgeous and well made and big plus the cushion is washable to prevent mustiness from steam. You could tell a lot of care was invested into making this product. I’m looking forward to using this spa-like wellness tool every month. It was recommended for fertility and polyps.
